WARRANTY RETURNS POLICY
Most items may be returned in unused condition within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions & requirements
If the product has not been returned within 14 days a 15% restocking fee will be required and all return delivery expense will be paid by the purchaser.
Please call us on 1300 001 707, or fill in and submit our Warranty Claim Form, before returning any Pump or Order to receive your Claim Docket Number (CDN).
BENDING THE RULES of OUR RETURNS POLICY:
We apply ZERO, ZIPPO, NULLA, NATA, NULL, ZILCH Tolerance – if you have not acquired a CDN, as above, we are unable to assist.
UNDELIVERABLE or REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is undeliverable or incorrect, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the order to a corrected address.
If an order is placed via the Internet or via our Staff, and you, the Customer, give us the wrong address, you will be liable for the redeliver fees ( if any ) that we are charged IN FULL & NOT subsidised by Aquatica Water Pumps. This fee also includes commercial operations & businesses that are not open during normal business hours of 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
A member of Aquatica Water Pumps Staff will contact you to obtain the correct address and approval for the additional shipping charge. A re-Delivery Charge of between $25 and $35 approx. may apply for a basic single Pump package up to 12 Kg ( depending on how Cranky the Courier or Australia Post are – this fee, if applicable, is charged AT COST ).
If you choose not to have the order delivered again, we will refund your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.
If a shipment is returned to us because you refuse delivery for any reason, we will refund your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.
Aquatica Water Pumps will not attempt to ship your order a second time, if this is the case.
General Exchanges and Refunds:
Only items in BRAND NEW & UNUSED CONDITION with FULL PACKAGING IN ORIGINAL CONDITION will be accepted for an exchange or full refund. Items you return may be either exchanged or refunded, as you specify.
Refunds will be issued via DIRECT BANK INTERNET TRANSFER ONLY. We will NOT issue cheques or credit card charge against us.
Claims Against Delivery of Goods – All and any claims for short supply and or damaged products will not be recognised after 48 hours from receipt and signed a proof of delivery of goods.
Federal & Local Government Orders – 30 Day Terms are available with the supply of an approved Purchase Order, please call if you need more details
